Manuel Ernesto Matos Ruiz. Apuntes para un estudio de su vida y obra revolucionaria

Abstract

La lucha por la liberación nacional de Cuba estuvo influenciada por sucesos que marcaron pautas en su desarrollo, tal es el caso del golpe de estado del 10 de marzo de 1952 que desencadenó una intensificación de la actividad revolucionaria de las masas. La historiografía ha recogido los principales acontecimientos de esta etapa, así como la historia y testimonios de sus más destacados protagonistas, sin embargo, existen pasajes y personajes que aun no han sido recreados, fundamentalmente en lo referido al marco más estrecho de las localidades. Ahora, si bien se ha logrado destacar la participación de estos hombres en el proceso de la lucha por la liberación nacional, luego del triunfo revolucionario se aprecia una ruptura con relación a este fenómeno, siendo así que no se aborda cuáles fueron las actividades en las que estuvieron inmersos una vez alcanzado el triunfo; de ahí la necesidad de presentar como tema de la investigación, la vida y obra de uno de estos luchadores revolucionarios, asumiendo como título de la misma: Manuel Ernesto Matos Ruiz. Apuntes para un estudio de su vida y obra revolucionaria. Con la cual se demuestra la labor revolucionaria desarrollada por Manuel Ernesto Matos Ruiz, durante el proceso de la lucha clandestina y la consolidación de la Revolución Cubana. Para una mejor comprensión de este estudio el mismo se ha dividido en dos capítulos. El primero de ellos recrea el período correspondiente a los inicios de la vida nuestro protagonista (1939) hasta el triunfo de la revolución en 1959. El segundo capítulo marcha en consonancia con los diferentes momentos históricos en los que se desempeñó luego del triunfo revolucionario y hasta nuestros días. Las conclusiones que se derivan del presente estudio permiten un acercamiento a la obra y vida revolucionaria de Ernesto Matos, destacando los aportes del mismo en cada uno de los escenarios en los cuales se desenvolvió.

Now although it has been possible to highlight the participation of this process of the fight for the national liberation, after the revolutionary victory a rupture is appreciated with relationship ti this fhenomenon being so is it not approached which the activities in those that inmersos were once were reached the victory. Of there the necessity to present like topic of this investigation, the life and work of one: Manuel Ernesto Matos Ruiz. Point fora study of their life and revolutionary work. With which the work revolutionary is demonstrated developed by Manuel Ernesto Matos Ruiz during the process of the secret fight and the consolidation of the Cuba revolution. For a better understanding of this study the same one has been divided in two chapters. The first of them recreates the period corresponding to the beginnings of our main character life (1939) until victory of the revolution (1959). The second I surrender it went in consonance with the diferents historical moments in those that yuo acting after the revolutionary victory until our days. Tha conclusions that are derived of the present stady allow an approach to the life and revolutionary work of Ernesto Matos highlighting the contributions of the same one in each one of the scenarios in which it was umwrapped.
