Actividades para el desarrollo de la motivación profesional pedagógica en los estudiantes de noveno grado de la Secundaria Básica “Raúl Rojas Mendoza”

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta aborda un tema de mucho interés, a partir de resaltar la importancia del papel del maestro en la sociedad, haciendo énfasis en potenciar en los educandos el interés por el estudio de la asignatura Español - Literatura. Para su desarrollo se utilizaron métodos científicos de nivel teórico, empíricos y matemático estadístico de análisis porcentual, que contribuyeron a evidenciar el carácter científico del mismo, justificando el problema científico declarado y valorando los resultados alcanzados. El aporte realizado se puso en práctica en la entidad laboral, Secundaria Básica “Raúl Rojas Mendoza” del municipio Santiago de Cuba, quedando demostrado que existe una insuficiente motivación profesional pedagógica, hacia la carrera Español - Literatura en estudiantes de noveno grado, por lo que se determinó como objetivo: Elaboración de actividades de motivación profesional pedagógica hacia la carrera Español - Literatura en estudiantes de noveno grado. Con la aplicación de estas actividades se logró elevar la preparación del personal docente, la familia, la comunidad, así como incentivar a los estudiantes en el estudio de la carrera pedagógica, específicamente en la asignatura Español - Literatura, desde la aplicación de forma directa y novedosa de trabajo con los educandos, que contribuyeron a integrar al querer, el poder y la necesidad social hacia la carrera pedagógica

The research that is presented deals with a topic of great interest, from to highlight the importance of the role of the teacher in society, making emphasis on promoting in students the interest in the study of subject Spanish - Literature. Methods were used for its development. scientific level theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical analysis percentage, which contributed to evidence the scientific nature of the same, justifying the declared scientific problem and evaluating the results achieved. The contribution made was put into practice in the labor entity, Basic Secondary School "Raúl Rojas Mendoza" of the municipality of Santiago de Cuba, demonstrating that there is insufficient professional motivation teaching, towards the career Spanish - Literature in ninth grade students grade, so it was determined as an objective: Elaboration of activities of pedagogical professional motivation towards the career Spanish - Literature in ninth graders. With the application of these activities it was possible to raise the preparation of the teaching staff, the family, the community, as well how to encourage students in the study of the pedagogical career, specifically in the subject Spanish - Literature, from the application of direct and innovative way of working with students, which contributed to integrate wanting, power and social need towards the pedagogical career
