Evaluación de la gestión medioambiental en la Agencia de Protección Contra Incendios de Santiago de Cuba

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Empresa Agencia de Protección Contra Incendios de Santiago de Cuba, con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento para evaluar el grado de gestión medioambiental empresarial, y contribuir así a la mejora. El trabajo se estructuró en tres capítulos donde se abordan los referentes teóricos, el procedimiento a emplear y su aplicación. Para la realización de este trabajo se aplicaron diferentes métodos, técnicas y herramientas de investigación científica. Entre ellos se destacan los métodos análisis – síntesis e inducción – deducción, las encuestas, y procedimientos estadísticos tales como el Alpha de Cronbach y el Coeficiente de Concordancia W de Kendall. Igualmente se utilizaron programas informáticos como el paquete estadístico SPSS V 15.0 para procesar las encuestas, y el MICMAC para determinar las variables de impacto. La investigación contribuyó a la evaluación de la gestión medioambiental empresarial en la entidad, e identificó además las variables impacto que influyen en el mismo, trazándose acciones correctivas para la mejora del mismo.

The current investigation was develop on Santiago de Cuba’s Fire Fighting Agency with the aim of assessing through aproposed procedure the Enterprise performance, contributing thus to a better environmental management control. The investigation was estructured in three chapters, where was analized the theorical references, the procedure and his application. To accomplish this job a sort of scientific methods, techniques and tools where applied. Among them stand out the methods analysis – synthesis and induction-deduction, the statistical polls and procedures such as the Alpha of Cronbach and the coefficient of concordance W of Kendall. Informatics programs like the statistical package SPSS v.15.0 for poll processing and the MICMAC for determining the key variables and his impact percentage over the explained variable where used as well. The research contributed to the evaluation of the environmental management on the entity, and also detected the impact variables that affecting it. Drawing corrective actions for his improvement.
