Diagnóstico Financiero para la toma de decisiones estratégicas en el Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica Santiago de Cuba

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Diploma se ha aplicado un modelo de Diagnóstico Financiero; que permite evaluar el crecimiento rentable, la creación de valor económico agregado, y por ende, la sostenibilidad del negocio en el tiempo a través de la teoría de la gerencia de valor y los inductores de valor. El Diagnóstico Financiero es una herramienta que permite evaluar, analizar e interpretar la posición económica y financiera en que se encuentra una empresa, es por este motivo que el Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica Santiago de Cuba desea incorporar este elemento como parte de su estrategia de excelencia operacional para buscar optimizar los recursos existentes e identificar a su vez nuevas alternativas de negocios que le permita obtener una sostenibilidad tanto en la producción como en la rentabilidad esperada. Metodológicamente, pretende alcanzar este objetivo a través de la utilización de indicadores financieros; a través de los cuales podrá identificar las medidas correctivas que debe tomar para superar sus debilidades y aprovechar las fortalezas detectadas con el fin de maximizar sus beneficios e incrementar su valor. Se elaboró el diagnóstico y análisis financiero de los últimos tres años (2016 - 2018), estas herramientas integradas con otros elementos como el análisis a través de la teoría de la gerencia de valor, así como el análisis especifico de los inductores operativos y financieros y los macroinductores de valor, que consolidan el modelo para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Al finalizar la investigación, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones procedidas del desarrollo de la misma y del cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos.

In the present Diploma Work a Financial Diagnosis model has been applied; that allows to evaluate the profitable growth, the creation of added economic value, and therefore, the sustainability of the business over time through the theory of value management and value inductors. The Financial Diagnosis is a tool that allows to evaluate, analyze and interpret the economic and financial position in which a company is located, that is why the Santiago de Cuba Information and Technology Management Center wishes to incorporate this element as part of its strategy of Operational excellence to seek to optimize existing resources and identify new business alternatives that allow it to achieve sustainability both in production and in the expected profitability. Methodologically, it aims to achieve this objective through the use of financial indicators; through which you can identify the corrective measures you must take to overcome your weaknesses and take advantage of the strengths detected in order to maximize your benefits and increase their value. The diagnosis and financial analysis of the last three years (2016 - 2018) were elaborated, these tools integrated with other elements such as the analysis through the theory of value management, as well as the specific analysis of the operative and financial inducers and macroinducers of value, which consolidate the model for strategic decision making. At the end of the investigation, the conclusions and recommendations arising from the development of the same and the fulfillment of the proposed objectives are presented.
