Propuesta de procedimiento para el cálculo de los costos de calidad en la línea de soluciones parenterales de gran volumen de la Empresa Laboratorio Farmacéutico Oriente

Abstract

Esta investigación fue realizada en la Empresa Laboratorio Farmacéutico Oriente, con el objetivo de calcular los costos de calidad en el proceso de tratamiento de agua de la línea Soluciones Parenterales de Gran Volumen en Bolsas Plásticas, para evaluar la eficiencia de la gestión de la calidad. La misma en la introducción aborda el tema a tratar de manera general y se enfatiza el problema a resolver con la investigación. También se especifican los objetivos a cumplir en la misma, así como la hipótesis del trabajo, las variables y las metodologías empleadas. La investigación consta de tres capítulos, un primer capítulo donde se conceptualizan y fundamentan la Calidad, el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y los Cotos de Calidad, un segundo capítulo donde se realiza una breve caracterización de la entidad objeto de investigación y se precisan además las particularidades del sistema de gestión de la calidad, y en un tercer capítulo se aplica el procedimiento propuesto para el cálculo del costo total de calidad. Para finalizar se exponen las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación, donde se plasman las deficiencias que hayan sido detectadas y se la recomienda a la alta dirección una serie de medidas que pudieran mejorar en gran proporción, tanto el prestigio como el desarrollo de la empresa, se muestran las bibliografías consultadas que ayudarán a la compresión de la investigación y además los correspondientes anexos que poseen importantes datos que permiten comprender mejor los tres capítulos anteriores.

This investigation was carried out in the Company Pharmaceutical Laboratory it Guides, with the objective of calculating the costs of quality in the process of treatment of water of the line Solve Parenterales of Great Volumen in Plastic Bags, to evaluate the efficiency of the administration of the quality. The same one in the introduction approaches the topic to be in a general way and the problem is emphasized to solve with the investigation. The objectives are also specified to complete in the same one, as well as the hypothesis of the work, the variables and the used methodologies. The investigation consists of three chapters, a first chapter where they are conceptualized and they base the Quality, the System of Administration of the Quality and the Limits of Quality, a second chapter where he/she is carried out a brief characterization of the entity investigation object and they are also necessary the particularities of the system of administration of the quality, and in a third chapter the procedure is applied proposed for the calculation of the total cost of quality. To be concluded they expose the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation, where the deficiencies are captured that they have been detected and it recommends it to the high address a series of measures that you/they could improve in great proportion, as much the prestige as the development of the company, the consulted bibliographies are shown that they will help to the compression of the investigation and also the corresponding annexes that possess important data that allow to understand the three previous chapters better.
