La reinserción social como fenómeno preventivo. Experiencias en el centro de trabajo y estudio para hombres, de Jimaguayú, en Camagüey

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda el tema: La Reinserción Social como fenómeno preventivo. Experiencias en el Centro de Trabajo y Estudio para Hombres, de Jimaguayú, en Camagüey. La temática reviste gran importancia en función de evitar la reincidencia de los mismos, donde todos los agentes de socialización desempeñan un papel significativo en la atención de éstos de acuerdo al contexto social en correspondencia con lo legislado en nuestro país a través del decreto ley 286. Por lo que nos trazamos el siguiente objetivo determinar la efectividad del trabajo de prevención de los agentes socializadores en función de la reinserción social de los internos que egresan del Centro de Trabajo y Estudio de Jimaguayú, en Camagüey para proponer un conjunto de acciones dirigidas a perfeccionar la labor de estos agentes en la disminución de la reincidencia de conductas desviadas. Para la realización de esta investigación se utilizaron diferentes técnicas de recogida de información como: la entrevista en profundidad y a informantes claves, el cuestionario y la observación; y como herramientas teóricas: histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, induccióndeducción y el crítico-racional. De las técnicas pertenecientes al nivel matemático sirvieron de gran ayuda el: "Statistical Package for Social Science" (SPSS) que nos permitió el procesamiento de la información y el registro de los datos en tablas y gráficos. El soporte teórico de la tesis parte de las concepciones de pensadores como: Robert Merton, George Mead y Niklas Luhmann; así como algunas consideraciones de investigadores en los marcos de la Sociología de la Prevención. Además, fue consultada una amplia bibliografía de carácter nacional e internacional que aborda la temática desde diferentes perspectivas de análisis. En nuestro país se lleva a cabo una transformación y perfeccionamiento del sistema penitenciario, con el propósito de hacer de sus centros de reclusión una institución docente; que contribuya a la incorporación del individuo en la sociedad, siendo la prevención de la conducta desviada y la regulación de esta problemática un reto aún en nuestra sociedad.

The present investigation approaches the topic: The social reintegration as preventive phenomenon. Experiences in the Center of Work and Study for Men, of Jimaguayú, in Camagüey. The thematic one had great importance in function of avoiding the repetition of the same ones, where all the socialization agents play a significant part in the attention of these according to the social context in correspondence with that legislated in our country through the ordinance law 286. For what we trace ourselves the following objective to determine the effectiveness of the work of the agents to socialization the system prevention in function of the social reintegration of the interns that graduate of the Center of Work and Study of Jimaguayú, in Camagüey to propose a group of actions directed to perfect the work of these agents in the decrease of the repetition of deviated behaviors. For the realization of this investigation different techniques of collection of information will be used like: the interview in depth and to key informants, the questionnaire and the observation; and I eat theoretical tools: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, inductiondeduction and the critical-rational one. Of the techniques belonging to the mathematical level they served as great help the one: "Statistical Social Package for Science" (SPSS) that will allow us the prosecution of the information and the registration of the data in charts and graphics. The theoretical support of the thesis leaves of the conceptions of thinkers like: Robert Merton, George H. Mead and Niklas Luhmann; as well as some considerations of investigators in the marks of the Sociology of the Prevention. Also, it was consulted a wide bibliography of national and international character that approaches the thematic one from different analysis perspectives. In our country it is carried out a transformation and improvement of the penitentiary system, with the purpose of making of their reclusion centers an educational institution; that it contributes to the individual's incorporation in the society, being still the prevention of the deviated behavior and the regulation of this problematic one a challenge in our society.
