Las actividades de orientación profesional en el Preuniversitario Mario Maceo Quesada del municipio Santiago de Cuba

Abstract

El trabajo siguiente trata el tema Desarrollo de las Actividades de Orientación Profesional en el Preuniversitario Mario Maceo Quesada del municipio Santiago de Cuba. La Orientación Profesional podría definirse como el proceso mediante el cual una persona recibe la ayuda o guía necesaria para alcanzar un profundo conocimiento sobre sí misma, sobre sus valores, sus intereses, sus gustos, sus capacidades, sus aptitudes, así como sobre el medio que la rodea, en concreto, el mercado laboral, con el fin de tomar las mejores decisiones con respecto a qué quiero ser y planificar el camino para lograrlo y con esta investigación queremos determinar cuáles son los factores sociales institucionales que participan en el cumplimiento de las actividades de orientación profesional en el Preuniversitario Mario Maceo Quesada del municipio Santiago de Cuba; para trazar un plan de acciones que contribuyan a un mejor funcionamiento de las mismas y a un mayor desarrollo socioeducativo en correspondencia con las necesidades territoriales.

The following work deals with the topic Development of Orientation Activities Professional at the Mario Maceo Quesada Pre-University School in the Santiago municipality from Cuba. Career Guidance could be defined as the process through which a person receives the help or guidance necessary to reach a deep knowledge about herself, about her values, her interests, her tastes, her capabilities, her aptitudes, as well as the environment that surrounds her, specifically, the labor market, in order to make the best decisions regarding what I want to be and plan the path to achieve it and with this research We want to determine what are the institutional social factors that participate in the fulfillment of Professional Guidance activities in the Mario Maceo Quesada High School of the Santiago de Cuba municipality; to draw up a plan of actions that contribute to better functioning of the same and to greater socio-educational development in correspondence with the territorial needs.
