La deserción escolar de los cadetes insertados (FAR) en la Universidad de Oriente

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como tema “La deserción escolar de los cadetes insertados (FAR) en la Universidad de Oriente”, persigue como objetivo: determinar las principales causas que condicionan la deserción escolar de los cadetes insertados (FAR) en la Universidad de Oriente, para elaborar un plan de acciones que contribuya a disminuir paulatinamente dicha problemática. Se sustenta teóricamente en los diferentes paradigmas: el positivismo, el comprensivo y el dialéctico. Nos apoyamos en la triangulación como estrategia metodológica utilizando métodos y técnicas de ambas metodologías, utilizando además del paquete estadístico SPSS y Microsoft Office Excel. Los principales resultados obtenidos fueron que la insuficiente orientación profesional y la socialización con el medio civil, son las principales causa que condicionan la deserción escolar de los cadetes insertados (FAR) en la Universidad de Oriente, por lo que el aporte teórico estuvo encaminado a argumentar dichas causa y el práctico a proponer un plan de acciones encaminado a disminuir paulatinamente dicha problemática.

The main obtained results were that the insufficient professional orientation and the socialization with the civil means, they are the main cause that they condition the school desertion of the inserted cadets (FAR) in the University of East, for what the theoretical contribution was guided to argue this cause and the practical one to propose a plan of actions guided to diminish this problem gradually.
