Un análisis sociológico de las causas que limitan la labor de orientación profesional a los estudiantes de 12mo grado del IPU Elvira Cape Lombard del municipio Songo La Maya

Abstract

El trabajo que presentaremos se enmarca en el ámbito de la Sociología de la Educación. El tema es: Un análisis sociológico de las causas que limitan la labor de Orientación Profesional a los estudiantes de 12mo grado, del IPU Elvira Cape Lombard, en el municipio Songo La Maya. El objetivo del mismo está orientado precisamente a determinar las causas que limitan la labor de Orientación Profesional a los estudiantes de 12mo grado, del IPU Elvira Cape Lombard, en el municipio Songo La Maya, en aras de recomendar acciones a las instituciones pertinentes , que permitan la búsqueda de una solución viable a la problemática existente . Se sostiene como hipótesis que: Las causas que limitan la labor de Orientación Profesional a los estudiantes de 12mo grado del IPU Elvira Cape Lombard del municipio Songo La Maya es la inexistencia de un sistema de trabajo que vincule a las instituciones encargadas (escuela, familia, centros laborales) de dicha labor. Durante el desarrollo del trabajo se realiza un análisis histórico de la evolución del proceso de orientación profesional, donde se evidencia como varían sus peculiaridades en correspondencia con las condiciones imperantes en cada contexto y momento histórico. Para la realización del análisis teórico del tema, se tienen en cuenta los criterios aportados desde diversas ciencias, donde predominan perspectivas pedagógicas, psicológicas y sociológicas. Los autores emiten criterios de cómo debe llevarse a cabo el proceso de Orientación Profesional y algunos de ellos plantean la necesidad de inmiscuir a la familia para que dicho proceso pueda tener mayor efectividad en los adolescentes. La aproximación al tema desde la teoría sociológica fue realizada a partir de ideas de autores pertenecientes a los diversos paradigmas: Positivista, Comprensivo y Dialéctico, además del uso de teorías especiales de la Educación y la Familia. Para la obtención de información empírica fue necesario el empleo de métodos y técnicas pertenecientes a ambas perspectivas metodológicas (cualitativa y cuantitativa), arrojando información que nos permitieron corroborar la hipótesis de investigación.

The work that we will present is framed in the environment of the Sociology of the Education. The topic is: A sociological analysis of the causes that limit the work of Professional Orientation to the students of 12mo grade, of IPU Elvira Lombard Cape, in the municipality Songo the Maya. The objective of the same one is in fact guided to determine the causes that limit the work of Professional Orientation to the students of 12mo grade, of IPU Elvira Lombard Cape, in the municipality Songo the Maya, for the sake of recommending actions to the pertinent institutions that allow the search from a viable solution to the existent problem. It is sustained as hypothesis that: The causes that limit the work of Professional Orientation to the students of 12mo grade of IPU Elvira Lombard Cape of the municipality Songo the Maya it is the nonexistence of a work system that links to the institutions in charge (family, labor centers) of this work. During the development of the work he/she is carried out a historical analysis of the evolution of the process of Professional Orientation, where it is evidenced like they vary their peculiarities in correspondence with the prevailing conditions in each context and historical moment. For the realization of the theoretical analysis of the topic, they are kept in mind the approaches contributed from diverse sciences, where pedagogic, psychological and sociological perspectives prevail. The authors emit approaches it should be carried out the process of Professional Orientation of how and some of them outline the necessity to mix to the family so that this process can have bigger effectiveness in the adolescents. The approach to the topic from the sociological theory was carried out starting from ideas of authors belonging to the diverse paradigms: Positivist, Understanding and Dialectical, besides the use of special theories of the Education and the Family. For the obtaining of empiric information it was necessary the employment of methods and technical belonging to both methodological (qualitative and quantitative) perspectives, information that you/they allowed us to corroborate the investigation hypothesis hurtling.
