La participación de la pareja en las tareas domésticas en el hogar. Estudio en el Reparto Picasso de Palma Soriano

Abstract

En la presente investigación tiene como título:”La participación de la pareja en las tareas domésticas en el hogar. Su análisis sociológico en el Reparto Picasso, municipio Palma Soriano.” En la actualidad existen desigualdades sociopolíticas y comportamientos determinados para cada género que se reproducen a través de la división sexual del trabajo en el que las mujeres realizan las tareas reproductivas y los hombres las productivas. Las acciones a favor de la equidad entre los sexos y lograr en la praxis un sistema de relaciones familiares en el que hombres y mujeres se impliquen por igual en las tareas domésticas se han acometido por parte de la Federación de Mujeres Cubanas, los medios de difusión masiva, y de otras instituciones sociales tales como las Casas de Orientación a la Familia y la Mujer. Sin embargo, se desconoce el impacto de las iniciativas propuestas por estas instituciones lo que limita la realización de acciones contextualizadas que contribuyan a erradicar los problemas existentes teniendo en cuenta lo que acontece en cada municipio. Partiendo de esta problemática nos hemos propuesto como objetivo en esta investigación, analizar desde un enfoque sociológico el modelo de la perspectiva de género que caracteriza la participación de las parejas en las tareas domésticas al interior del hogar en el Reparto Picasso, con vistas a proponer un conjunto de recomendaciones que pudieran tomarse en cuenta en el diseño de políticas sociales en función de una distribución verdaderamente equitativa de los roles en el hogar.

Leaving of this problem has intended as objective in this investigation, to analyze from a sociological focus the pattern of the gender perspective that characterizes the participation of the couples in the domestic tasks to the interior of the home in the Allotment Picasso, with a view to proposing a group of recommendations that you could take into account in the design of political social in function of a truly equal distribution of the lists in the home.
