El ideario martiano y marxista presente en la labor política y filosófica de Raúl Roa

Abstract

La obra de Raúl Roa García cobra singular importancia dada su trayectoria política y su trascendencia ética, pero sobre todo por una faceta que no ha sido justamente valorada y estudiada, como lo es su proyección filosófica. La imagen que nos llega de Roa generalmente se encuentra asociada a su desempeño activo dentro los grandes movimientos sociales que desde la década del veinte luchaban incansablemente por la soberanía nacional, y pocas veces lo asociamos a un hombre de profunda reflexión en el terreno de la filosofía, profundamente humano, que dejó innumerables textos que dan cuenta de su amplia producción de ideas y vasta cultura filosófica. Este trabajo, titulado El ideario martiano y marxista presente en la labor política y filosófica de Raúl Roa pretende realizar una valoración de las concepciones filosóficas y políticas de Raúl Roa partiendo de la influencia de Martí y el marxismo clásico en su pensamiento, a partir del análisis de algunos de los textos más importantes escritos por Roa que atestiguan la presencia de un pensamiento filosófico y político condicionado fundamentalmente por la vida y obra del Apóstol y de los clásicos del marxismo- leninismo. El análisis se realizó tomando en cuenta la maduración de la conciencia política y filosófica de Roa en estrecha vinculación con la realidad social, económica y política de Cuba durante sus años de labor revolucionaria, desde la década del veinte del pasado siglo hasta su desempeño dentro de la ya establecida revolución cubana. Para ello, se analiza en un primer capítulo la realidad social de la isla durante la neocolonia, así como la influencia de los primeros marxistas cubanos en la personalidad y el pensamiento de Roa, y en un segundo acápite se exponen y valoran aquellos elementos que reflejan la posición política y filosófica de Roa a partir de la asunción del marxismo leninismo y de la labor revolucionaria martiana.

Raúl Roa García work charges singular importance because it’s political trajectory and its ethical transcendence, but most of all for a facet that has not been exactly valued and studied, as it is their philosophical projection. The image that we receive of Roa is generally associated to its active acting inside the big social movements that from the decade of the twenty fought unfailingly for the national sovereignty, and few times we associate it to a man of deep reflection in the land of the philosophy, deeply human, that left countless texts that give testimony of their wide production of ideas and vast philosophical culture. This work, titled El ideario martiano y marxista presente en la labor política y filosófica de Raúl Roa carries out a valuation of Raúl Roa philosophical and political conceptions leaving of the influence of Martí and the classic Marxism in its thought, starting from the analysis of some of the most important texts written by Roa that attest the presence of a philosophical and politician thought conditioned fundamentally by the life and work of the Apostle and of the Classics of the Marxism - Leninism. The analysis was carried out taking into account the maturation of the political and philosophical conscience of Roa in narrow linking with the social, economic and politic reality of Cuba during its years of revolutionary work, from the decade of twenty in last century until its acting inside the Cuban revolution. For that, it is analyzed in a first chapter the social reality of the island during the neocolonia, as well as the influence of the first Cuban Marxists in the personality and the thought of Roa, and in a second moment are exposed and value those elements that reflect the political and philosophical position of Roa starting from the assumption of the Marxism Leninism and of the task revolutionary of Martí.
