Abstract

La última etapa de lucha por la liberación nacional de Cuba de 1952 a 1959 y el posterior desarrollo del proceso revolucionario cubano desde el poder, han sido protagonizados por innumerables personalidades a quienes la historiografía se ha acercado pero aún no son suficientes los estudios sistemáticos y profundos sobre las acciones y protagonismo de algunos de sus participantes, fundamentalmente los jóvenes que sobrevivieron y siguieron aportando a la revolución triunfante. De acuerdo con esta necesidad se realiza un estudio del combatiente Enrique Gil de las Casas del cual surge el siguiente tema de investigación: “La contribución de Enrique Gil de las Casas al proceso revolucionario cubano (1954-1984)”
