La Audiencia de Oriente en los acontecimientos históricos de la provincia (1898-1935)

Abstract

El presente trabajo constituye un estudio preliminar sobre la implicación de Audiencia de Oriente, una de las instituciones jurídicas más representativas de la antigua provincia homónima, en los acontecimientos históricos ocurridos en dicho territorio. Se realizó un análisis historiográfico donde se detectaron las características en que la historia escrita ha tratado la institución. Sustentada en un cúmulo de fuentes considerable, se hizo un panorama histórico- jurídico para una mejor comprensión del devenir de la institución que se aborda siempre en correlación con su contexto internacional, nacional, regional y local. Además la investigación, se enmarca entre los años 1898-1935, con el objetivo de analizar la actuación de dicho tribunal de justicia en los hechos históricos más significativos del periodo; reconstruye el pasado de la entidad a partir de sus vínculos con estos sucesos que marcaron una impronta en la vida político, económico y social de la región. Se arribó a una serie de conclusiones que permiten considerar la investigación como un aporte a los estudios históricos sobre la provincia durante los años enmarcados.

This work is a preliminary study on the involvement of Hearing East, one of the most representatives of the ancient province, on historical events in the territory legal institutions. A historiographical analysis where the features were detected in the recorded history has treated the institution was performed. Supported by a host of significant sources, it became a legal historical panorama for a better understanding of the evolution of the institution that is always discussed in correlation with international, national, regional and local context. Further research, framed between the years 1898-1935, with the aim of analyzing the performance of the court in the most significant historical events of the period; reconstructs the past of the entity from its links with these events that marked an imprint on the political, economic and social life of the region. He arrived at some conclusions that allow us to consider research as a contribution to the historical studies of the province during the years framed.
