Medición del Índice de Precios de Paasche en la provincia Santiago de Cuba en el período 2008 - 2016

Abstract

El presente trabajo de Diploma tiene como objetivo medir las variaciones promedio de los precios de las producciones de bienes y servicios en la provincia Santiago de Cuba en el período 2008 - 2016 a través del Índice de Precios de Paasche. El método de investigación aplicado es el del Materialismo dialectico-histórico que posibilita la aplicación de análisis y síntesis, inducción-deducción y análisis documental y dialéctico. Además se hace uso de la herramienta criterio de expertos que posibilita calcular el índice con un alto nivel de precisión. El trabajo está estructurado por tres capítulos: El primero hace referencia a la fundamentación teórica y metodológica de los números índices, realizándose una caracterización de estos hasta llegar al Índice de Precios de Paasche. En el segundo capítulo se refleja el procedimiento metodológico para medir el Índice de Precios de Paasche y luego se realiza una caracterización de la provincia Santiago de Cuba. En el tercer capítulo se efectúa la medición e interpretación del índice a nivel provincial y por actividades económicas. Las conclusiones revelan el cumplimiento del objetivo, mientras que las recomendaciones ponen en manos de la ONEI y las autoridades gubernamentales un grupo de acciones a llevar a cabo según los resultados de la investigación.

The present work of Diploma has as objective to measure the variations average of the prices of the productions of goods and services in the county Santiago from Cuba in the period 2008 - 2016 through the Index of Prices of Paasche. The applied investigation method is that of the dialectical-historical Materialism that facilitates the analysis application and synthesis, induction-deduction and documental and dialectical analysis. Use of the tool approach of experts is also made that facilitates to calculate the index with a high level of precision. The work is structured by three chapters: The first one makes reference to the theoretical and methodological foundation of the index numbers, being carried out a characterization of these until arriving to the Index of Prices of Paasche. In the second chapter he/she is reflected the methodological procedure to measure the Index of Prices of Paasche and then he/she is carried out a characterization of the county Santiago from Cuba. In the third chapter it is made the mensuration and interpretation from the index to provincial level and for economic activities. The conclusions reveal the execution of the objective, while the recommendations put in hands of the IENO and the government authorities a group of actions to carry out according to the results of the investigation.
