Aplicación de técnicas científicas seleccionadas para evaluar la gestión de Capital de Trabajo en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Fábrica de Fibrocemento Santiago en el periodo 2015- 2016

Abstract

La gestión del Capital de Trabajo contiene variables de gran importancia que son un punto clave para la administración que realizan los gerentes, directores y encargados de la gestión financiera. Este tipo de gestión se encarga de manejar cada uno de los activos y pasivos a corto plazo de la empresa de manera que se alcance un nivel aceptable y constante de Capital de Trabajo, y es fundamental para el progreso de una organización, puesto que mide en gran parte el nivel de solvencia y asegura un margen de seguridad razonable para las expectativas de los directivos. Con el objetivo de aplicar de forma científica técnicas seleccionadas que permitan evaluar la gestión del Capital de Trabajo en la UEB Fábrica Fibrocemento Santiago es que ha surgido esta investigación. El trabajo fue estructurado en tres capítulos: el primero, responde al marco teórico de la investigación, en el cual se relacionan los conceptos de Capital de Trabajo planteados por los diferentes autores consultados; se explica el origen, la importancia y la necesidad del Capital de Trabajo así como las técnicas seleccionadas que se emplean para el desarrollo de la investigación; en el segundo capítulo se caracteriza a la entidad objeto de estudio en su función de organización, dirección y producción, así como una evaluación de sus principales indicadores económicos del año 2016. Por último, en el capítulo 3, se muestran los resultados obtenidos a partir de la aplicación de las técnicas seleccionadas con vista a evaluar su impacto en la gestión económico-financiera de la entidad. Al término de esta investigación, se exponen las conclusiones a las que se arriban. Además se dota a la UEB de una serie de recomendaciones para previsiones futuras, se relaciona la bibliografía consultada y se adjuntan los anexos correspondientes.

The management of Working Capital contains variables of great importance that are a kepoint for the administration that the managers, directors and managers of the financial management carry out. This type of management is responsible for managing each of the company's shortterm assets and liabilities in order to achieve an acceptable and constant level of Working Capital, and is essential for the progress of an organization, since it measures in largely solvency level and ensures a reasonable safety margin for the expectations of managers. With the objective of applying in a scientific way selected techniques that allow evaluating the management of Working Capital in the UEB Fibrocement Factory Santiago is that this research has arisen. The paper was structured in three chapters: the first responds to the theoretical framework of the research, which relates the concepts of Working Capital raised by the different authors consulted; Explains the origin, importance and necessity of Working Capital as well as the selected techniques that are used for the development of research; In the second chapter the entity under study is characterized in its function of organization, direction and production, as well as an evaluation of its main economic indicators for 2016. Finally, chapter 3 shows the results obtained from of the application of the selected techniques in order to evaluate its impact on the economic and financial management of the Entity. At the end of this research, the conclusions are presented. In addition, the UEB is provided with a series of recommendations for future forecasts, the bibliography consulted and the corresponding annexes are attached.
