Medición del Índice de Precios al Consumidor IPC en la provincia Santiago de Cuba en el período 2004 - 2016

Abstract

El presente trabajo de Diploma tiene como objetivo analizar las tendencias en la variación de los precios de los bienes y servicios que consumen las unidades familiares para satisfacer sus necesidades en el período 2004- 2016 a través del Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) de Laspeyres. El método de investigación aplicado es el del Materialismo dialectico-histórico que posibilita la aplicación de análisis y síntesis, inducción-deducción y análisis documental y dialéctico. Además se hace uso de la herramienta criterio de expertos que posibilita calcular el índice con un alto nivel de precisión. El trabajo está estructurado por tres capítulos: El primero hace referencia a las generalidades sobre las tendencias de la variación de los precios y de la inflación como fenómeno económico. En el segundo capítulo se refleja el procedimiento metodológico para medir el IPC y la Tasa de inflación. En el tercer capítulo se efectúa la evaluación del índice y la Tasa de Inflación en la provincia. Las conclusiones revelan el cumplimiento del objetivo, mientras que las recomendaciones ponen en manos de la ONEI y las autoridades gubernamentales un grupo de acciones a llevar a cabo según los resultados de la investigación.

The present work of Diploma has as objective to analyze the tendencies in the variation of the prices of the goods and services that consume the family units to satisfy its necessities in the period 2004 - 2016 through the Ïndice of Prices to the Consumer (IPC) of Laspeyres. The applied investigation method is that of the dialectical-historical Materialism that facilitates the analysis application and synthesis, induction-deduction and documental and dialectical analysis. Use of the tool approach of experts is also made that facilitates to calculate the index with a high level of precision. The work is structured by three chapters: The first one makes reference to the generalities on the tendencies of the variation of the prices and of the inflation like economic phenomenon. In the second chapter he/she is reflected the methodological procedure to measure. In the third chapter it is made the evaluation of the index and the Rate of Inflation in the county. The conclusions reveal the execution of the objective, while the recommendations put in hands of the ONEI and the government authorities a group of actions to carry out according to the results of the investigation.
