Evaluación de la gestión financiera a corto plazo en la Empresa de Comercio y Gastronomía del municipio Songo La Maya

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito el análisis de la situación financiera en la Empresa Municipal de Comercio y Gastronomía del Municipio Songo La Maya. Por ello la política y estrategia trazada para el sector empresarial en los Lineamientos de la Política Económica del Partido y la Revolución, tiene como objetivo central la eficiencia. No siendo ajena esta política central del Estado, el trabajo de diploma que se presenta esta encaminado a realizar un análisis de los principales indicadores económicos y financieros, para determinar las causas de su variación y los principales factores que de algún modo han influido en el uso de los recursos materiales, laborales y financieros asignados en la entidad, utilizando para esto diferentes métodos y técnicas del análisis económico financiero de tal forma que conlleven a la obtención de los objetivos propuestos. Para lograr los objetivos el trabajo fue compuesto por tres capítulos, conclusiones y recomendaciones, apoyados en tablas y gráficos que se muestran en los anexos. En el Capítulo 1: Se describe todos los aspectos teóricos sobre análisis financiero corto plazo de la empresa, así como las técnicas y métodos utilizados y aplicados en el desarrollo y solución del trabajo. En el Capitulo 2: Contiene una caracterización general de la empresa donde detallan sus líneas de trabajo, estructura organizativa, objetivos generales y sus principales indicadores. En el Capítulo 3: Se realizará una evaluación de la situación económico-financiera a partir de los resultados obtenidos en la aplicación de las principales técnicas de análisis económico financiero, tales como: Estados Comparativos, Flujo de Efectivo, análisis de las razones financieras que se seleccionen y otras técnicas.

The present investigation work has as purpose the analysis of the financial situation in the Municipal Company of Trade and Gastronomy of the Municipality Songo the Mayan. Hence the politics and strategy traced for the managerial sector in the Limits of the Economic Politics of Party and the Revolution, have as central objective the efficiency. Not being other people's this central politics of the State, the diploma work that shows up this guided to carry out an analysis of the economic and financial main indicators, to determine the causes of their variation and the main factors that somehow have influenced in the use of the material, labor resources and financiers assigned in the entity, using for this different methods and technical of the analysis economic financier in such a way that bear to the obtaining of the proposed objectives. To achieve the objectives the work it was composed by three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, supported in charts and graphics that are shown in the annexes. In the Chapter 1: It is described all the theoretical aspects on analysis short financial term of the company, as well as the techniques and used methods and applied in the development and solution of the work In the I Surrender 2: It contains a general characterization of the company where they detail their work lines, it structures organizational, general objectives and their main indicators In the Chapter 3: He/she will be carried out an evaluation of the economic-financial situation starting from the results obtained in the application of the main techniques of economic analysis - financial, such as: Comparative States, Flow of Effective, analysis of the financial reasons that are selected and other techniques.
