Procedimiento para el estudio del envejecimiento laboral en la Empresa de Equipos Médicos de Santiago de Cuba. (RETOMED)

Abstract

La presente investigación fue desarrollada en la Unidad Empresarial de Base RETOMED de Santiago de Cuba. La realización de este trabajo está dado por las implicaciones que para la empresa tiene el fenómeno demográfico del envejecimiento de la fuerza laboral, es decir, cómo este, afecta a la entidad y los desafíos que le suponen en materia de gestión de Recursos Humanos. De esta forma, en base a los estudios existentes, intentar determinar qué grado de consciencia y/o conocimiento existe respecto a este fenómeno y qué se está haciendo frente a él. El envejecimiento es uno de los principales problemas de este siglo. Es un fenómeno universal que aumenta la proporción de personas de edad avanzada dentro de la población total y que constituye una de las más importantes debilidades que hoy enfrenta la organización. La identificación de esta debilidad y las dificultades a ella asociada permitirá encausar los esfuerzos hacia las acciones, objetivos y estrategias que mancomunadamente permitirán revertir la actual debilidad en fortaleza

The present investigation was developed in the Managerial Unit of Base RETOMED of Santiago from Cuba. The realization of this work is given that is to say by the implications that has the demographic phenomenon of the aging of the labor force for the company, how this, affects to the entity and the challenges that suppose him as regards administration of human resources. This way, based on the existent studies, to try to determine what degree of conscience y/o knowledge it exists regarding this phenomenon and what is making in front of him. The aging is one of the main problems of this century. It is an universal phenomenon that the proportion of people of advanced age increases inside the total population and that it constitutes one of the most important weaknesses that today faces the organization. The identification of this weakness and the difficulties to her associate it will allow to prosecute the efforts toward the actions, objectives and strategies that conjointly will allow reverting the current weakness in strength.
