Factibilidad Económica – Financiera del Proyecto de Inversión ¨Fabrica de Ron Caney” de la Ronera Santiago de la Corporación CUBA RON S.A.

Abstract

Cuba, con un sistema social y económico enfrascado en una batalla decisiva para lograr transformaciones en el ámbito económico, de manera que posibilite satisfacer las crecientes necesidades sociales; obliga a la creación de una concepción integral del proceso inversionista desde sus inicios. Precisamente, el carácter social, posibilita más que ningún otro, aplicar concepciones revolucionarias que permitan alcanzar las metas exigidas por la dirección del país. En la aseveración anterior radica la importancia de lograr procesos óptimos de inversión, ya sea en sectores emergentes o sociales, pues de ello dependerá la supervivencia de las empresas cubanas y del Estado Socialista; permitiendo la perfección del proyecto social logrado. En la investigación se muestra para el proceso inversionista una guía que exponga de forma lógica y coherente los pasos a seguir en la fase de preinversión como concepción de la inversión, a través de una secuencia diseñada para desarrollar la etapa del estudio de factibilidad de la Destilería de Aguardiente en la Ronera Santiago de Cuba. Es en esta etapa donde también se despliega, la documentación técnica de las ideas conceptuales y los anteproyectos que posteriormente se fundamentarán mediante el estudio de factibilidad técnico-económica. De acuerdo a lo anteriormente planteado se definió como objetivo general de la investigación determinar la factibilidad económica – financiera del proyecto de inversión “Destilería de la Ronera Santiago de Cuba”, para proponer como alternativa viable, que propicie un incremento en la capacidad productiva de la Corporación Cuba Ron SA, Ronera Santiago de Cuba

Cuba, with a social and economic system buried in a decisive battle to achieve transformations in the economic environment, so that it facilitates to satisfy the social growing necessities; he/she forces to the creation of an integral conception of the process investor from their beginnings. In fact, the social character, it facilitates more than any other one, to apply revolutionary conceptions that allow to achieve the goals demanded by the address of the country. In the previous asseveration the importance resides of achieving good processes of investment, either in emergent or social sectors, because of it will depend it the survival of the Cuban companies and of the Socialist State; allowing the perfection of the social achieved project. In the investigation it is shown for the process investor a guide that exposes in a logical and coherent way the steps to continue in the preinvestment phase like conception of the investment, through a sequence designed to develop the stage of the study of feasibility of the Still of Liquor in Ronera Santiago from Cuba, .Es in this stage where he/she also spreads, the technical documentation of the conceptual ideas and the preliminary designs that later on will be based by means of the study of technician-economic feasibility. According to him previously outlined he/she was defined as general objective of the investigation to determine the economic feasibility. financial of the project of investment "Still of Ronera Santiago from Cuba", to propose as viable alternative that propitiates an increment in the productive capacity of the Corporation Cuba Rum INC, Ronera Santiago from Cuba.
