Propuesta de política de aprovisionamiento de los inventarios en la UEB ASTOR Santiago de Cuba. Periodo 2017-2018

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en la UEB ASTOR Santiago de Cuba dedicado a la remodelación, reparación y construcción de embarcaciones navales, teniendo como punto de partida para la misma la necesidad de la entidad de controlar adecuadamente los niveles de inventarios. Tiene como objetivo el diseño de políticas óptimas de reaprovisionamiento de los materiales y materias primas fundamentales, seleccionadas según el nivel de importancia que representan para la empresa desarrollándose este informe en tres capítulos. Capítulo I: En este capítulo se expone el soporte teórico de la investigación relacionado con la capital de trabajo, administración de inventarios, dando algunos conceptos y ventajas sobre el tema que son de granutilidad para la obtención y mantenimiento de los inventarios. Capítulo II: Contiene las características de la entidad objeto de estudio, detallando su estructura organizativa, su misión, objeto social, su entorno empresaria ,los procedimientos para el reaprovisionamiento de los inventarios y sus limitaciones, así como un breve diagnóstico de su situación económico y financiera y la posibilidad de aplicación de la modelación matemática para su administración. También se describe el tratamiento de la información necesaria para la investigación. Capítulo III: Fueron realizados los cálculos necesarios y analizados los resultados obtenidos utilizando el modelo matemático propuesto, planteándose las políticas recomendadas para cada uno de los materiales seleccionados por el método ABC. Y al final del informe son planteadas las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes al trabajo, así como toda la bibliografía utilizada para su elaboración y para una mejor comprensión fueron anexadas todas las informaciones necesarias.

The present investigation was carried out in the UEB ASTOR Santiago dedicated to the remodeling, repair and construction of naval vessels, having as starting point for the same the need of the entity to adequately control the levels of inventories. Its objective is the design of optimal policies for the replenishment of materials and fundamental raw materials, selected according to the level of importance they represent for the company. This report is developed in three chapters. Chapter I: This chapter presents the theoretical support of research related to working capital, inventory management, giving some concepts and advantages on the subject that are of great use for obtaining and maintaining inventories. Chapter II: Contains the characteristics of the entity under study, detailing its organizational structure, its mission, corporate purpose, its business environment, the procedures for the replenishment of inventories and their limitations, as well as a brief diagnosis of their economic and financial situation and the possibility of application of mathematical modeling for its administration. It also describes the treatment of the information needed for the investigation. Chapter III: The necessary calculations were made and the results obtained were analyzed using the proposed mathematical model, considering the recommended policies for each of the materials selected by the ABC method. And at the end of the report the conclusions and recommendations pertinent to the work are presented, as well as all the bibliography used for its elaboration and for a better understanding all the necessary information were annexed.
