Propuesta de políticas de aprovisionamiento de inventarios en la Empresa “Laboratorio Farmacéutico Oriente”. Período 2017-2018

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en la Empresa Laboratorio Farmacéutico “Oriente” una de las productoras de BIOCUBAFARMA. El objetivo principal perseguido con la elaboración de este trabajo, es el diseño de políticas de reaprovisionamiento de los inventarios de los productos terminados. El mismo se presenta en un informe el cual está estructurado de la siguiente forma: Introducción: Se muestran los antecedentes y el estado actual de la temática, el problema de investigación, los objetivos generales y específicos, la hipótesis, los métodos utilizados y otros elementos relevantes. Capítulo1: En él se recoge los fundamentos teóricos que sirvieron de soporte a la investigación profundizando en conceptos, planteamientos y percepciones de autores clásicos y especialistas en materia de inventario. Capítulo2: Contiene las características de la entidad objeto de estudio, detallando su estructura organizativa, misión, objeto social, entorno empresarial, análisis de la situación financiera en el periodo 2017-2018 y su respectivo diagnóstico estratégico además de los procedimientos para el reaprovisionamiento de los inventarios, así como el diagnóstico de su situación financiera y la posibilidad de aplicación de la modelación matemática para su administración. Capítulo3: Fueron realizados los cálculos necesarios y analizados los resultados utilizando el modelo matemático propuesto, planteándose las políticas recomendadas para cada uno de los productos seleccionados por el método ABC. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes al trabajo, así como toda la bibliografía utilizada para su elaboración además fueron anexadas todas las informaciones necesarias en tablas y datos relevantes, que sirvieron de apoyo a la investigación.

The present investigation was carried out in the Pharmaceutical Laboratory Company "Oriente" one of the producers of BIOCUBAFARMA. The main objective pursued with the preparation of this work, is the design of replenishment policies for the inventories of finished products. It is presented in a report which is structured as follows: Introduction: The background and current status of the subject, the research problem, the general and specific objectives, the hypothesis, the methods used and other relevant elements are shown. Chapter 1: It contains the theoretical foundations that served as support for the investigation, deepening concepts, approaches and perceptions of classical authors and specialists in inventory matters. Chapter 2: Contains the characteristics of the entity under study, detailing its organizational structure, mission, corporate purpose, business environment, analysis of the financial situation in the period 2017-2018 and its respective strategic diagnosis in addition to the procedures for the replenishment of the inventories, as well as the diagnosis of their financial situation and the possibility of application of mathematical modeling for their administration. Chapter 3: The necessary calculations were made and the results analyzed using the proposed mathematical model, considering the recommended policies for each of the products selected by the ABC method. The conclusions and recommendations pertinent to the work, as well as all the bibliography used for its elaboration, were also attached all the necessary information in tables and relevant data, which served as support for the investigation.
