La reserva laboral femenina en el municipio Pilón. Caminos para el empoderamiento

Abstract

En la presente investigación se realizará un estudio histórico conceptual sobre la existencia de una reserva laboral femenina en el municipio Pilón de la provincia de Granma. La investigación tiene como principal objetivo: Evaluar las principales causas que determinan la existencia de una reserva laboral femenina a fin de fundamentar la propuesta de un conjunto de medidas que contribuyan al aprovechamiento de esta fuerza laboral en el municipio Pilón y con ellos potenciar el empoderamiento de las mujeres. En la investigación se tendrá en cuenta como metodología a utilizar la triangulación metodológica la cual permitirá resaltar la importancia de los datos cualitativos y cuantitativos que se recojan a partir de un estudio sobre la problemática de la reserva laboral femenina en el municipio Pilón que dificulta el empoderamiento de las mujeres en esta región. Esta investigación también tendrá varias investigaciones precedentes que nos darán pautas por las cuales guiarnos para una mayor comprensión de la realidad existente en nuestra unidad de análisis el municipio Pilón y para esta comprensión utilizaremos teorías que desde lo sociológico explicaran nuestro problema la reserva labora femenina.

In the present investigation, a conceptual historical study will be carried out on the existence of a female labor reserve in the Pilón municipality of the province from Granma.
