Formación de la cultura política en jóvenes de 12mo grado. Estudio de caso

Abstract

En la actualidad cubana la cultura política de los jóvenes constituye un tema de vital importancia por los procesos transformadores que se han estado viviendo en el país en los últimos años. En ello los jóvenes deben ser portadores de un papal activo frente a los retos políticos que se acrecientan. Por tanto en la presente investigación abordamos cómo ha evolucionado la cultura política desde tiempos remotos hasta llegar hasta la actualidad, teniendo en cuenta que el móvil de su surgimiento lo constituye la necesidad de superar los fundamentos excesivamente abstractos y formales sobre los cuales se sustenta el sistema político burgués, así como lograr una mayor vinculación de este a los cambios y procesos que ocurren en el mundo. Vemos como el empleo del término “cultura política” aparece por primera vez formulado dentro de la politología norteamericana por Gabriel Almond y adquiere una mayor sistematicidad en Occidente desde inicios de la década de los años cincuenta del presente siglo1. De esta forma el presente trabajo se plantea como objetivo determinar qué condiciones contribuirían a la formación de la cultura política en los jóvenes de 12mo grado del IPU Rafael María de Mendive y Daumy a través del programa “Entre Nosotros” del telecentro TeleTurquino del municipio Santiago de Cuba con el fin de proponer recomendaciones que contribuyan a que el programa realice una mejor labor en este sentido. Para ello se construye, con la utilización de los diferentes principios y herramientas teóricas y metodológicas, todo un aparato que permite el análisis del problema de investigación, así como de la hipótesis científica, analizando los criterios tanto de estudiantes encuestados, como de informantes claves. Todo lo anterior brinda entonces los elementos necesarios para ofrecer pautas teóricas y metodológicas que tributen a la futura elaboración deun grupo de recomendaciones que contribuyan a fomentar los valores de la cultura política en los jóvenes.

At the present time Cuban the political culture of the youths constitutes a topic of vital importance for the processes transformers that you/they have been living in the country in the last years. In it the youths should be active payees of a papal one in front of the political challenges that increase. Therefore in the present investigation we approach how the political culture has evolved from remote times until arriving until the present time, keeping in mind that the motive of its emergence constitutes it the necessity to overcome the excessively abstract and formal foundations on which the bourgeois political system is sustained, as well as to achieve a bigger linking from this to the changes and processes that happen in the world. We see as the employment of the term "political culture" he appears for the first time formulated inside the North American politología by Gabriel Almond and he/she acquires a bigger sistematicidad in West from beginnings of the decade of the years fifty of the present century. This way the present work thinks about as objective to determine what conditions they would contribute to the formation of the political culture in the youths of 12mo grade of the IPU Rafael María of Mendive and Daumy through the program "Among Us" of the telecentro TeleTurquino of the municipality Santiago from Cuba with the purpose of proposing recommendations that contribute to that the program carries out a better work in this sense. .For it is built it, with the use of the different principles and theoretical and methodological tools, an entire apparatus that allows the analysis of the investigation problem, as well as of the scientific hypothesis, analyzing the so much approaches of interviewed students, as of key informants. All the above-mentioned offers the necessary elements then to offer theoretical and methodological rules that pay to the future elaboration of a group of recommendations that you/they contribute to foment the values of the political culture in the youths.
