Delincuencia juvenil en internos en el Establecimiento Penitenciario Provincial Receptor de Camagüey

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como título: “La delincuencia juvenil en internos en el Establecimiento Penitenciario Provincial Receptor de Camagüey”, respondiendo al objetivo: Determinar la causa fundamental que está incidiendo conjunto de acciones que permitan disminuir los altos índices delictivos de la provincia. El mismo se basa en la triangulación metodológica y en la utilización de soporte teóricos como Robert Merton, Herbert Blumer, Niklas Luhmann y Rosa Campoalegre, los mismos nos brindaron los conceptos necesarios para comprender mejor el fenómeno investigado. La metodología empleada fue cuantitativa y cualitativa, donde aplicamos métodos y técnicas como la entrevista a informantes claves, el cuestionario, la observación científica y entrevista grupal y entrevista en profundidad, a través de estas se efectuó la triangulación metodológica. Dentro de los resultados fundamentales de la misma podemos encontrar que la disfunción familiar es la causa fundamental que está incidiendo en dicho fenómeno social, y dentro de esta disfunción ocupando un papel muy importante la insuficiente comunicación, la falta de control de las familias sobre estos jóvenes, y otros elementos que inciden en el fenómeno de la disfunción familiar.

The present work has as title: "The juvenile delinquency in internal in the Provincial Penitentiary Establishment Receptor of Camagüey", responding to the objective: To determine the fundamental cause that is impacting group of actions that they allow to diminish the high criminal indexes of the county. The same one is based on the methodological triangulation and in the theoretical support use as Robert Merton, Herbert Blumer, Niklas Luhmann and Rosa Campoalegre; the same ones offered us the necessary concepts to understand the investigated phenomenon better. The used methodology was quantitative and qualitative, where we apply methods and technical as the interview to key informants, the questionnaire, the scientific observation and he/she interviews grupal and he/she interviews in depth, through these the methodological triangulation was made. Inside the fundamental results of the same one we can find that the family dysfunction is the fundamental cause that is impacting in this social phenomenon, and inside this dysfunction occupying a very important paper the insufficient communication, the lack of control of the families on these youths, and other elements that impact in the phenomenon of the family dysfunction.
