Intento suicida en los adolescentes del Consejo Popular “Cauto Este”, del municipio Cauto Cristo, provincia Granma

Abstract

El presente trabajo Titulado: Intento suicida en los adolescentes tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la causa que más influye en el incremento del intento suicida en los adolescentes del Consejo Popular ―Cauto Este‖, del municipio Cauto Cristo, provincia Granma, con vista a elaborar una serie de recomendaciones que contribuyan a disminuir de forma paulatina dicha situación. En los antecedentes pudimos encontrar investigaciones realizadas desde la Psicología, la Medicina y la Sociología. Desde la Psicología citamos autores tales como Freud, Thomas Joiner, Jesús Mardomingo. Desde la Medicina, Psiquiatras tales como: Esquirol, Meninger y desde la Sociología encontramos a Reina Fleitas, Durkheim, Ludmila Escalona, entre otras El basamento teórico comprende teorías desde los diferentes paradigmas como: la Teoría del Conflicto de Randall Collins, del Estructural-Funcionalismo de Robert Merton y como teoría especial el concepto de anomia y como teoría particular, los tipos de suicidios de Durkheim. Del Paradigma Comprensivo utilizamos la teoría del interaccionismo simbólico con los conceptos de símbolos y significados de Blúmer. Del paradigma Dialéctico tomamos en consideración lo referente al Habitus y Campo de Pierre Bordeau. Se emplearon las metodologías cualitativa y cuantitativa respectivamente, ya que permiten analizar de forma holística el objeto de investigación, apoyadas en técnicas como la entrevista a expertos, en profundidad, a informantes claves, el cuestionario , la utilización del programa estadístico SPSS 11.5 con apoyo en Microsoft Excel 2007 . A través de las técnicas aplicadas y del procesamiento de las mismas pudimos conocer que la causa que más incide en el incremento del intento suicida en los adolescentes está asociada a los conflictos de pareja.

From the Medicine, such Psychiatrists as: Scab, Meninger and from the Sociology we find Queen Fleitas, Durkheim, Lyudmila Staggers, among others The theoretical basement understands theories from the different paradigms like: the Theory of the Conflict of Randall‘s Collins, of the Structural-Functionalism of Robert Merton and I eat special theory the anomie concept and I eat particular theory, the types of suicides of Durkheim. Of the Understanding Paradigm we use the theory of the symbolic Interaccionismo with the concepts of symbols and meanings of Blúmer. Of the Dialectical paradigm we take in consideration it with respect to the Habit‘s and Field of Pierre Bordiú. The qualitative and quantitative methodologies were used respectively, since they allow to analyze in a holistic way the investigation object, supported in technical as the interview to experts, in depth, to key informants, the questionnaire, the use of the statistical program SPSS 11.5 with support in Microsoft Excel 2007. Through the applied techniques and of the prosecution of the same ones we could know that the cause that more it impacts in the increment of the suicidal intent in the adolescents it is associated to couple's conflicts.
