Caracterización del adulto mayor en la comunidad

Abstract

En el marco de la practica laboral investigativa, se trabajó con un grupo de personas de la tercera, perteneciente al círculo de abuelo del combinado deportivo 30 de noviembre. Aquí queremos resaltar algunas de las características más marcadas en este grupo desde lo biológico, social y psicológico. Este círculo de abuelo cuenta con 15 integrantes enmarca un grupo de personas entre 55 y 65 años. Mediante encuesta e intercambio con los abuelos recogimos información de algunas variables como: la edad, la ocupación, el sexo, la entrada económica, la convivencia, la actitud ante el envejecimiento, la frecuencia con la que asisten a las actividades, la patología predominante, entre otras. Al final mostramos una clase y algunos ejercicios que se pueden incluir en ellas para motivar y variar un poco la mismas.

Within the framework of the investigative work practice, we worked with a group of people from the third group, belonging to the grandfather circle of the 30 deNovember sports team. Here we want to highlight some of the most marked characteristics in this group from a biological, social and psychological point of view. This grandfather circle has 15 members and is a group of people between 55 and 65 years old. Through a survey and exchange with the grandparents, we collected information on some variables such as: age, occupation, sex, economic income, cohabitation, attitude toward aging, frequency with which they attend activities, predominant pathology, among other. At the end we show a class and some exercises that can be included in them to motivate and vary them a little.
