Herramienta de cálculo para la prevención hidrológica en el embalse Gilbert.

Abstract

Los Sistemas de Prevención de Inundaciones son una serie de búsqueda que da la posibilidad de brindar información al Consejo de Defensa Provincial, en cuanto al pronóstico de los niveles de los ríos en las distintas zonas de inundación, en correspondencia con las precipitaciones registradas en equipos pluviómetros seleccionados convenientemente para alertar con tiempo suficiente al órgano rector, en ocasiones de presentarse avenidas producto a la ocurrencia de fenómenos meteorológicos de gran magnitud, lo que permitirá la evacuación inmediata para evitar pérdidas humanas y daños a la economía. Dado el corto lapso de tiempo ante las fases que se decretan el presente trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivo automatizar con ayuda de EXCEL una herramienta de trabajo buscando una vía fácil, ágil y confiable para la prevención hidrológica en el embalse Gilbert e informar a las entidades correspondientes y a la Defensa Civil

The Flood Prevention Systems are a series of searches that give the possibility of providing information to the Provincial Defense Council, regarding the forecast of river levels in the different flood zones, in correspondence with the rainfall recorded in conveniently selected rain gauges to alert the governing body with sufficient time, in occasions of floods due to the occurrence of meteorological phenomena of great magnitude, which will allow the immediate evacuation to avoid human losses and damage to the economy. Given the short lapse of time before the phases that are decreed, the objective of this diploma work is to automate with the help of EXCEL a work tool looking for an easy, agile and reliable way for the hydrological prevention in the Gilbert reservoir and to inform the corresponding entities and the Civil Defense.
