Acercamiento al pensamiento político de Benito Juárez en torno a la soberanía y su influencia en el debate teórico actual de México

Abstract

En el presente trabajo investigativo que tiene como título Acercamiento al pensamiento político de Benito Juárez en torno a la soberanía y su influencia en el debate teórico actual de México, el objetivo planteado es analizar la concepción de soberanía en el pensamiento político de Benito Juárez y su influencia en el debate teórico actual de México. La novedad consiste en establecer la singularidad del pensamiento político de Benito Juárez en torno a la soberanía desde una perspectiva filosófico político. Se establecen nexos entre las ideas de Juárez y su vigencia en aristas del pensamiento mexicano actual. Dada la trascendencia del pensamiento juarista resultan útiles las conclusiones de la investigación para la comprensión de problemas cruciales que enfrenta hoy México.

In the present investigatory work which is entitle Approach to the Benito Juárez political thought around the sovereignty and its influence in the present theorist debate of Mexico, the objective once was presented is to analyze the sovereignty conception in the Benito Juárez political thought and its influence in the present theorist debate of Mexico. The new thing consist in establishing the singularity of Benito Juárez political thought around the sovereignty since a philosophical-political perspective. There are established linkages between Juárez idea and its validity in edges of the mexican thought at present. Cause of the transcendence of Juárez thought, the conclusions of this investigation are considered useful for the comprehension of crucial problems that Mexico faces.
