Propuesta de Rehabilitación Arquitectónica del Correo Bayamo con cambio de uso a Hostal ”Plaza”

Abstract

El presente trabajo propone la Rehabilitación del edificio Correos y Telégrafos de la ciudad de Bayamo con cambio de uso a Hostal Plaza. Basado en un estudio que abarca todo el proceso de búsqueda de información, estudio de repertorio, apuntes hacia una tarea técnica para un hostal de 12 habitaciones de categoría de 3 a 4 estrellas hasta la etapa de anteproyecto del edificio en general y la etapa técnico ejecutivo para los niveles 1 y 2. La propuesta se ha realizado con el objetivo de aumentar las capacidades de alojamiento y poner en explotación un inmueble con alto valor patrimonial situado privilegiadamente en el casco histórico de la ciudad de Bayamo. El estudio se presenta de forma explícita con el objetivo exponer todos los cambios y transformaciones que sean considerados necesarios y económicamente factibles en el interior del inmueble para hacer de este, un hostal de interés y preferencia. Para convertir el edificio en hostal se plantea la reubicación en otra edificación de las oficinas existentes en los distintos niveles de la empresa de Correos de Cuba y se produzca un cambio de uso, convirtiéndolo en un hostal, con un ambiente íntimo y privado, con servicios al detalle, donde la decoración realce la cubanía, constituya un elemento de significativa importancia, y que con la elegancia se conjuguen las intenciones antiguas y contemporánea sin privar al cliente del confort, la comodidad, la calidad y el acceso a la más avanzada tecnología. La actividad de correo ordinario permanece como parte de las funciones o servicios que seguirán presentes en la planta baja de la edificación. Se presentan los requisitos, criterios, líneas de deseo y áreas, así como toda la documentación gráfica y técnica del proyecto Hostal Plaza.

This work proposes the Rehabilitation of the Correos y Telégrafos building from the city of Bayamo with change of use to Hostal Plaza. Based on a study which covers the entire process of searching for information, studying repertoire, notes towards a technical task for a hostel with 12 high-class rooms from 3 to 4 stars until the preliminary project stage of the building in general and the executive technician for levels 1 and 2. The proposal has been made with the objective of increasing the capabilities of accommodation and put into operation a property with high heritage value located privilegedly in the historic center of the city of Bayamo. The study is presented explicitly with the objective of exposing all the changes and transformations that are considered necessary and economically feasible inside the property to make it a hostel of interest and preference. To convert the building into a hostel, relocation to another building is proposed. of the existing offices at the different levels of the Correos company Cuba and a change of use occurs, turning it into a hostel, with a intimate and private atmosphere, with detailed services, where the decoration enhances Cubanness, constitutes an element of significant importance, and that with the elegance combines ancient and contemporary intentions without depriving the customer of comfort, convenience, quality and access to the most advanced technology. The ordinary mail activity remains as part of the functions or services that will continue to be present on the ground floor of the building. They present themselves the requirements, criteria, desire lines and areas, as well as all documentation graphics and technique of the Hostal Plaza project.
