Rehabilitación arquitectónica a un inmueble de valor patrimonial Aguilera # 460 : Objeto de obra: Edificio anexo Republicano

Abstract

El proyecto profesional, denominado “Propuesta de proyecto de rehabilitación arquitectónica de un inmueble de valor patrimonial Aguilera 460, edificio anexo Republicano” centra su atención en la elaboración de un proyecto arquitectónico de rehabilitación con el propósito de suplir la necesidad de incorporar al proyecto Soneros (Aguilera 460) en el edificio anexo Republicano locales de servicio y hospedaje. Dicho proyecto fue propuesto por la Oficina del Conservador de la Ciudad Santiago de Cuba y aprobado por el Departamento de Arquitectura de La Facultad de Construcciones de La Universidad de Oriente. Para la materialización de este Proyecto Profesional la investigación tomo como punto de partida un análisis del emplazamiento de la edificación, partiendo que está ubicado en el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de Santiago de Cuba , situado cerca de la Plaza Dolores una de las principales del sistema de plazas de la ciudad, a su alrededor se denotan varios usos de suelo ,gastronómicos ,comerciales empresariales ,se analizan por individual la Plaza Dolores ,el inmueble de la Casona donde está emplazado el objeto de estudio el llamado edificio Republicano, igualmente se analizaron arquitectónicamente referentes nacionales e internacionales de edificaciones pertenecientes a la hostelería manifestando las tendencias actuales en el ámbito internacional y nacional. Además, quedaron referidas las normativas a utilizar en la propuesta de proyecto profesional de rehabilitación. Para la elaboración de la propuesta de proyecto de rehabilitación en un primer momento se ejecutó el programa de necesidades respetando de forma estricta las normas y regulaciones correspondientes a este tipo de proyecto, precisando posteriormente la conceptualización y los criterios de diseño, dando continuidad al proceso de diseño las variantes de zonificación, obteniendo la variante óptima que se desarrollará hasta la etapa de técnico ejecutivo.
