Propuesta de Diseño de Edificio Multifamiliar de vivienda en el barrio histórico-cultural, Loma del Chivo, Guantánamo.

Abstract

La vivienda hoy en día constituye un factor indispensable para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de los ciudadanos. Cada familia requiere un lugar que se adapte a sus necesidades, al número de miembros e ingresos económicos. Por tal motivo existen distintas construcciones que intentan ajustarse a cada realidad familiar. En nuestro país a mediados del siglo XX se experimentaron sensibles cambios en la arquitectura de los Edificios Públicos, siendo estos una gran solución a los problemas de vivienda existentes en nuestro país. Partiendo de este enfoque se genera un camino a seguir para los edificios públicos de vivienda, los servicios básicos para la población, los espacios disponibles para jardín y a su vez se relacionen entre sí. Con el estudio y análisis realizado en el barrio históricocultural Loma del Chivo, en la ciudad de Guantánamo, acerca de la carencia y déficit del fondo habitacional se realiza este proyecto profesional, que tiene como objetivo dar solución a los problemas planteados anteriormente, con la realización de un proyecto hasta la etapa técnico-ejecutivo de un Edificio Multifamiliar, con diferentes servicios emplazados en la planta baja y los apartamentos de vivienda en los niveles siguientes( del nivel 2 hasta el nivel 5). Con el análisis de los referentes teóricos, contextuales del área de estudio, se llegó a un análisis del emplazamiento del edificio multifamiliar propuesto. El diseño se desarrolló teniendo en cuenta la Integración Arquitectónica entre el inmueble objeto de estudio y el medio circundante, brindando un confort ambiental y social, calidad y seguridad de vida para para los habitantes.

For this reason there are different constructions that try to adjust to each family reality. In our country In the middle of the 20th century, noticeable changes were experienced in the architecture of the Public Buildings, these being a great solution to housing problems existing in our country. Starting from this approach, a path forward is generated for public buildings in housing, basic services for the population, available spaces for gardens and in turn relate to each other. With the study and analysis carried out in the historical-cultural neighborhood Loma del Chivo, in the city of Guantánamo, about lack and deficit from the housing fund this professional project is carried out, which aims to give solution to the problems raised above, with the implementation of a project to the technical-executive stage of a Multifamily Building, with different services located on the ground floor and the housing apartments on the following levels ( from level 2 to level 5). With the analysis of the theoretical and contextual references of the study area, an analysis of the location of the multifamily building was reached proposed. The design was developed taking into account Architectural Integration between the property under study and the surrounding environment, providing comfort environmental and social, quality and security of life for the inhabitants.
