Ensayos destructivos y no destructivos previos al diagnóstico estructural de Hostal Cuidamar con el uso de equipos experimentales.

Abstract

Una de las tendencias actuales de tratamiento en edificios con alto valor patrimonial es la utilización de laboratorios de ensayos, donde los Ensayos No Destructivos (END) son fundamentales en la evaluación de las estructuras. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal diagnosticar las características físicas y estructurales del futuro Hotel Cuidamar a partir de un estudio de lesiones en el mismo. El desconocimiento de las características físicas y estructurales conjuntamente con las exigencias del equipamiento, apunta a la selección de END para evaluar la integridad del edificio. El uso de equipamiento del laboratorio: Centro de Estudios de Patrimonio y Vulnerabilidad de la Facultad de Construcciones viabiliza el proceso de la evaluación, donde el principal exponente es el uso de END. La combinación de diferentes equipos: detector de armaduras y ultrasonido del hormigón, unido a ensayos de carbonatación, levantamiento y medición de fisuras, contribuye a obtener resultados bases que nos permitan diagnosticar y evaluar la estructura portante de dicha edificación y poder contribuir así con la solución final que se propondrá.

One of the current treatment trends in buildings with high heritage value is the use of testing laboratories, where Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is fundamental in the evaluation of structures. The main objective of this research is to diagnose the physical and structural characteristics of the future Hotel Cuidamar based on a study of injuries therein. The lack of knowledge of the physical and structural characteristics, together with the requirements of the equipment, points to the selection of NDT to evaluate the integrity of the building. The use of laboratory equipment: Center for Heritage and Vulnerability Studies of the Faculty of Construction makes the evaluation process viable, where the main exponent is the use of NDT. The combination of different equipment: reinforcement detector and concrete ultrasound, together with carbonation tests, lifting and measurement of cracks, contributes to obtaining basic results that allow us to diagnose and evaluate the supporting structure of said building and thus be able to contribute to the solution. final that will be proposed.
