Diagnóstico de las lesiones como patologías en el Edicio de La Cristalería del Centro Histórico Urbano de la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como tema principal el estudio de las lesiones en el edificio de La Cristalería, ubicado en el Centro Histórico Urbano de la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba, por tanto, se define como objetivo general Detectar y analizar las lesiones que presenta el inmueble, el estudio de sus patologías, diagnóstico general del estado constructivo del mismo y la propuesta de soluciones para su conservación. Para el desarrollo del primer capítulo se ha de realiza un estudio breve históricoconceptual del surgimiento y desarrollo de la arquitectura industrial, haciendo énfasis en el valor e importancia de la conservación del patrimonio industrial en la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba. Se abordan, además, los referentes teóricoconceptuales acerca de las patologías que afectan el inmueble, además del estudio de la metodología a emplear para la realización del diagnóstico. El segundo capítulo aborda, la realización del levantamiento de las lesiones presentes en el edificio, mediante la realización del diagnóstico y posterior confección de la documentación técnica correspondiente, se determina el estado técnico-constructivo del inmueble y la acción constructiva a realizar, posteriormente se hacen propuestas de soluciones a las patologías. Con la realización de este trabajo se da a conocer la importancia que tiene el estudio de las patologías, en edificios con valores patrimoniales, con la finalidad de ofrecer datos de interés para una futura intervención arquitectónica en el inmueble, contribuyendo de esta manera a una mayor vida útil de estos edificios.

The present investigative work has as its main theme the study of injuries in the La Cristalería building, located in the Urban Historic Center of the city of Santiago de Cuba, therefore, it is defined as a general objective to Detect and analyze the injuries that the property, the study of its pathologies, general diagnosis of the construction state of the same and the proposal of solutions for its conservation. For the development of the first chapter, a brief historical-conceptual study of the emergence and development of industrial architecture has to be carried out, emphasizing the value and importance of the conservation of industrial heritage in the city of Santiago de Cuba. In addition, the theoretical-conceptual references about the pathologies that affect the property are addressed, in addition to the Study of the methodology to be used to carry out the diagnosis. The second chapter deals with the survey of the injuries present in the building, by carrying out the diagnosis and subsequent preparation of the corresponding technical documentation, the technical-constructive state of the property and the constructive action to be carried out are determined, later they are made proposals for solutions to pathologies. With the realization of this work, the importance of the study of pathologies in buildings with heritage values is made known, with the purpose of offering data of interest for a future architectural intervention in the property, thus contributing to a greater useful life of these buildings.
