Propuesta de automatización del área de vinaza de la Planta de Torula, para la UEB “Derivados Granma”

Abstract

Este trabajo forma parte de uno de los proyectos que lleva a cabo el grupo empresarial AZCUBA en la provincia de Santiago de Cuba (ZETI), y la Facultad de Ingeniería Eléctrica de la Universidad de Oriente, en búsqueda de soluciones que permitan, de forma económica y eficiente la automatización en el área de vinaza de la “Empresa Azucarera UEB Derivados Granma”, formando parte de los “Sistemas de Control y Supervisorio”, para el primer nivel de automatización en esta industria, realizándose la propuesta de automatización en esta área del central mediante Autómatas Programables (PLC´s). Esta propuesta surge a partir de la necesidad de mejorar el proceso de tratamiento de la vinaza en dicha área, ya que la misma no presenta automatización ninguna, es decir, todo se realiza de forma manual, lo cual traerá consigo indudablemente una mejoría de la calidad del producto final.

This work is part of one of the projects that carries out the managerial group AZCUBA in the county of Santiago from Cuba (ZETI), and the Ability of Electric Engineering of the University of East, in search of solutions that they allow, in an economic and efficient way the automation in the area of vinaza of the Sugar Company Derived UEB Granma, being part of those "Systems of Control Supervisorio", for the First Level of Automation in this industry, being carried out the automation proposal in this area of the central one by means of Programmable Robots (PLC´s). This proposal arises starting from the necessity of improving the process of realization of the vinaza in this area, since the same one doesn't present automation any; that is to say, everything is carried out in a manual way, that which will bring gets an improvement of the quality of the final product undoubtedly.
