Anteproyecto para un Ciber-Café

Abstract

El Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba contiene un sin número de inmuebles muchos de los cuales son portadores de valores históricos, arquitectónicos y ambientales; con el paso de los años estos inmuebles están sufriendo un acelerado proceso de deterioro que atenta contra su integridad física, así como el desarrollo adecuado de las funciones que en ellos se desempeñan, atendiendo a esta situación la Oficina del Conservador de la Ciudad (OCC) ha desarrollado una serie de propuestas para su recuperación. Una de estas propuestas es el desarrollo de un Proyecto para un Ciber-Café, en el ámbito del centro histórico más específicamente alrededor de la antigua plaza de armas hoy parque Céspedes en donde se encuentra el área objeto de estudio sita en San pedro esquina Aguilera S/N, siendo este el segundo nivel del edificio identificado actualmente como Casa del Té. Este inmueble de estilo Ecléctico, se encuentra en regular estado de conservación. El presente trabajo, a través del análisis histórico contextual desarrollado mediante la investigación de su evolución histórica, la determinación de sus características arquitectónicas y la realización de una inspección técnica del edificio, arriba a la realización del anteproyecto de arquitectura para la rehabilitación del segundo nivel del inmueble citado, obteniendo una variante de diseño óptima, que brindara un servicios especializado.

The historical center of the Santiago city of Cuba contains a countless of many properties of those which are bearing of historical, architectural and environmental values; with the step of the years these immovable are suffering a quick process of deterioration it attempts a crime against the physical integrity of the same, as well as against the appropriate satisfaction of the needs that in them/it is developed, by attending to this situation the office of the conservative of the city ( OCC ) has developed a series of plains for your recovery. One of these plains are the project for a Ciber -Café, for the environment of the historical center more specifically about the ancient stronghold today lawns park in which finds to him the area objects of located study in San Pedro and Aguilera street S/N, being this the second level of the building identified at present as house of the tea. This property of eclectic style, it finds in regulating state of conservation. The present work, through the historical analysis developed by means of the investigation of your historical evolution, the determination of your architectural characteristics and the realization of a technical inspection of the building, it reaches the realization of the draft of architecture for the rehabilitation of the second level of the property, by obtaining a variant of best design, that offered a specialized services.
