Estudio hidroenergético en la regulación del escurrimiento alterado de la presa "Los Asientos"

Abstract

En las condiciones de Cuba, país tropical, se han construido embalses con fines para riego y abasto poblacional, al surgir la necesidad de producir energía eléctrica en estos aprovechamientos resulta ventajosa la utilización de Pequeñas Centrales Hidroeléctricas en régimen subordinado, generando todo el año. La presa Los Asientos es de uso múltiple, por la importancia que tiene abastecer eficientemente a los usuarios (riego e hidroenergía), ha de realizarse un estudio hidroenergético partiendo de su escurrimiento alterado, en el cual se determinarán los parámetros regulatorios del embalse y los índices técnicos de la Pequeña Central Hidroeléctrica de igual nombre
