La violencia juvenil en el Centro Penitenciario de Aguadores de la provincia Santiago de Cuba

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como título: “La violencia juvenil en internos en el Establecimiento Penitenciario de Aguadores de la provincia de Santiago de Cuba”, respondiendo al objetivo: Explicar los factores sociales que han condicionado la violencia llevada a cabo por los jóvenes del centro penitenciario Aguadores, de la provincia Santiago de Cuba para diseñar estrategias en pos de prevenir a la juventud cubana y a las instituciones. El mismo se basa en la triangulación metodológica y en la utilización de soporte teóricos como Rafael Paternain, PierreBourdieu, Vicente Cuenca, los mismos nos brindaron los conceptos necesarios para comprender mejor el fenómeno investigado. La metodología empleada fue cuantitativa y cualitativa, donde aplicamos métodos y técnicas como la entrevista a informantes claves, el cuestionario, la observación científica a través de estas se efectuó la triangulación metodológica. Dentro de los resultados fundamentales de la misma podemos encontrar que las estructuras comunitarias ,familiares ,los comportamientos ,los discursos que empleamos en nuestro día a día, el descontrol de las instituciones formales etc., son las causas fundamentales que están incidiendo en dicho fenómeno social.

The title of this work is: “Youth violence in inmates in the Aguadores Penitentiary Establishment of the province of Santiago de Cuba”, responding to the objective: Explain the social factors that have conditioned the violence carried out by the young people of the Aguadores penitentiary center, of the province of Santiago de Cuba to design strategies to prevent Cuban youth and institutions. It is based on triangulation methodological and in the use of theoretical support such as Rafael Paternain, PierreBourdieu, Vicente Cuenca, they gave us the concepts necessary to better understand the phenomenon investigated. The methodology used was quantitative and qualitative, where we applied methods and techniques such as the interview with key informants, the questionnaire, the scientific observation Through these, methodological triangulation was carried out. Within the results fundamental aspects of it we can find that the community structures , family members, the behaviors, the speeches that we use in our day to day day, the lack of control of formal institutions, etc., are the fundamental causes that are influencing this social phenomenon.
