Aproximación al estudio del papel desempeñado por el Ayuntamiento santiaguero en las conmemoraciones martianas de (1935-1953)

Abstract

El presente trabajo constituye un estudio sobre el papel desempeñado por el Ayuntamiento santiaguero como entidad de poder local en el periodo de 1935 –1953. Se analizará el comportamiento del mismo en las acciones realizadas en esta ciudad con vista a horrar al Apóstol y lleva como título: Aproximación al estudio del papel desempeñado por el ayuntamiento santiaguero en las conmemoraciones martianas de (1935-1953). La novedad científica de esta investigación, radica en el aporte de una sistematización teórica sobre el comportamiento del Ayuntamiento como entidad del poder local en la celebración de las fechas y actividades conmemorativas martianas en el período señalado. El trabajo se estructura en dos capítulos con sus respectivos epígrafes; el primero lleva por título: Características generales del Ayuntamiento como entidad del poder local, donde se dará a conocer un panorama del accionar de los Ayuntamientos, con vistas a comprender el funcionamiento del mismo durante la etapa republicana, analizando a grandes rasgos el comportamiento que tuvo el mismo en la municipalidad; en el segundo epígrafe se trata el papel de dicho órgano en las conmemoraciones martianas entre 1935 y 1940. En el segundo capítulo, que sería el de mayor peso en la investigación, se entraría analizar el papel que jugó el Ayuntamiento en las conmemoraciones martianas llevadas a cabo en el periodo de (1940-1952) en un primer epígrafe y se cerraría la investigación haciendo un breve recuento de la connotación que tuvo en nuestra región el centenario de su natalicio.
