Sistema multigestor de Telemedicina para el Centro Oftalmológico “Dr. Elio Marrero Faz”

Abstract

En este trabajo se desarrolla un sistema multigestor para la gestión de los servicios de Telemedicina en el Centro Oftalmológico “Dr. Elio Marrero Faz”, del Hospital General Clínico Quirúrgico de Santiago de Cuba, “Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas”. El sistema mutigestor de Telemedicina toma como sustento tecnológico, los llamados sistemas gestores de contenidos (CMS), que constituyen importantes aplicaciones asociadas a las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) y en particular al trabajo en la Web. El sistema multigestor desarrollado constituye un entorno o espacio de comunicación vía red, entre las personas vinculadas de uno u otro modo al centro oftalmológico, las cuales han de contar con la posibilidad de compartir recursos, informaciones, socializar conocimientos, experiencias, comentarios u opiniones sobre temas comunes, aclarar dudas, entre otras tantas facilidades. Dicho sistema ha contado con la aceptación del personal que labora en el centro oftalmológico, al reconocer que el mismo contribuye a desarrollar más eficientemente sus tareas y funciones como lo demandan los tiempos actuales.

In this work a multiagent system is developed for the administration of the services of Telemedicine in the Oftalmológical Center "Dr. Elio Marrero Face", of the Surgical Clinical General Hospital of Santiago from Cuba, "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas." The multiagent system of telemedicine is using as technological sustenance, the named Content Managment Systems (CMS) that constitute important applications associated to the Technologies of the Information and the Communications (TIC) and in particular to the work in the Web. The multiagent system developed constitutes an environment or communication space via net, among linked people in one or another way to the oftalmológical center, which must have the possibility of sharing resources, informations, to socialize knowledge, experiences, comments or opinions on common topics, to clarify doubts, among other so many facilities. This system has had the personnel's acceptance that works in the oftalmological center, when recognizing that it contributes to develop its tasks and functions more efficiently as demand the current times.
